Pumpkin Subzi

Prep Time- 20 minutes
Serves- 4-5 persons



Pumpkin- 400 gms
Baby Corn- 100 gms
Carrot- 100 gms
Coconut- 1 bowl
Jaggery powder- 2 tablespoon
Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon
Mustard- 1 tablespoon
Jeera- 1 tablespoon
Coriander powder- 1 tablespoon
Pudina cut finely- 2 tablespoons  
Curry leaves     


  • Steam all vegetables
  • Roast all spices in a Pan add Coconut and Pudina.
  • Switch off the Gas and add vegetables and serve hot.
