Makes 6 servings
1 1/2 cups grated fresh Corn (Makai ke Dane) (Makai)
1 tsp Mustard Seeds ( Rai / Sarson)
2 Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
3/4 cup Milk
1 tsp plain flour (maida)
2 tbsp chopped Coriander (Dhania)
1 tbsp Ghee
Salt to taste
To Be Ground Into A Paste
4 tbsp grated Coconut
6 Black Peppercorns (Kalimirch)
1 tbsp chopped Coriander (Dhania)
- Heat the Ghee and fry the Mustard Seeds for 1 minute. Add the Curry Leaves, and Corn and fry for 2 minutes.
- Mix the Milk and Flour and add to the mixture. Add the paste and cook for a few minutes.
- Add 1/2 teacup of water and Salt and cook for few minutes.
- Add the Coriander and mix well and serve hot topped with coriander.
