Makes 8 servings
3/4 cup Moong Dal (split Green Gram) with skin
1 1/2 cups whole Wheat Flour (Gehun ka Atta)
2 tsp coarsely powdered Coriander (Dhania seeds)
3 Green Chillies , finely chopped
2 tsp Oil
1 Potato, boiled and mashed
Salt to taste
Oil or for frying
- Mix all the ingredients and add water to make soft Dough.
- Roll out into thick Rotis and cook on a Tawa (griddle) on both sides with Oil until pink spots come on top.
- Serve hot with Curd.
