Adoor is a well maintained small town in Kerala. This city falls under the administrative control of Pathanamthitta district. This town is situated 90 km away from the Thiruvantapuram city. According to mythological record, this temple is counted among the 108 temples that were built by Sanayasin Khara Muni. This temple is dedicated to worship Lord Shiva. Apart from watching the image of lord Shiva, having Ganga at his feet, you will find other idols of Goddess Durga, Lord Ganesha, Maya Ekshi Amma and more.
    • Pandalam Palace- This palace is located 10km away from the city Adoor. This beautiful palace is the residential place of the royal family of Pandalam. This is one of the most beautiful palaces in located near Adoor.
